A few things to know
Does Calendar Sync include training sessions?
Yes. Registered training sessions can appear alongside your matches, including private sessions when Playtomic makes your registration available. Preview the next 30 days during setup to see what we found.
Which tournaments can appear?
We look for your registrations in public tournaments at clubs linked to your Playtomic activity. Coverage is currently limited, so not every tournament will appear. Check your preview and keep using Playtomic for the complete schedule.
How quickly do changes appear?
Your calendar app decides when to check for updates, so changes are not instant. Keep checking Playtomic for last-minute changes. The management page shows the last calendar fetch we recognised.
Can I set it up on my phone?
Apple Calendar supports subscriptions on iPhone. For Google Calendar, add the subscription using a computer browser; it will then be available in the mobile app. We guide you through each option.
What if I have no upcoming activities?
You can still connect your calendar. Matches, registered training and supported tournaments appear when they become available and your calendar next refreshes.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
The card-required trial renews at €2/month after 7 days unless you cancel renewal. Existing early-access accounts keep their free access. When paid access ends, we preserve the last synced schedule and add a pause notice. New activities and changes stop syncing until you resume.
Does this work with private Playtomic profiles?
Your profile and activity registrations must be accessible to PadelChecker through Playtomic. We show any connection problem during setup, before you enable sync.
