Playtomic calendar guide
Use an online calendar subscription in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web to receive your Playtomic matches, registered training sessions and supported public tournaments. Uploading an .ics file creates a one-time copy and will not keep later changes in sync.
Set up Calendar SyncSign in to PadelChecker Calendar Sync, connect your Playtomic profile, check the preview and enable sync. Copy the private calendar URL from the subscription options.
Open Outlook Calendar, choose Add calendar and Subscribe from web. Paste your private URL, choose a name and finish using Import or Save, depending on your Outlook version.
Select the subscribed calendar in Outlook. Allow time for it to fetch events and later changes. If a work account blocks subscriptions, check with your organisation’s administrator.
Outlook can take more than 24 hours to refresh a subscription. Repeatedly importing downloaded files will not fix refresh delays and can create duplicate events. Check the PadelChecker preview and use Playtomic for last-minute updates.

Anyone with your subscription link can read the calendar it exposes. Paste it only into a calendar service you trust. Do not share it in public pages, screenshots or chats.
Calendar subscriptions are read-only. Booking, cancelling and changing a match still happen in Playtomic.
Your subscription can include registered matches and training sessions, including private training when available, plus supported public tournaments.
Tournament coverage is currently limited to clubs known from your Playtomic activity. Some tournaments may be missing; check your preview and Playtomic for your complete schedule.

Yes. Registered training sessions can appear alongside your matches, including private sessions when Playtomic makes your registration available. Preview the next 30 days during setup to see what we found.
We look for your registrations in public tournaments at clubs linked to your Playtomic activity. Coverage is currently limited, so not every tournament will appear. Check your preview and keep using Playtomic for the complete schedule.
Subscribe using the private calendar URL to receive later updates. Importing a downloaded .ics file only copies events once and will not keep changes in sync.
No. Your calendar service decides when to fetch updates, and delays are possible. Check Playtomic directly for last-minute changes or cancellations.
No. The subscription is read-only. Use Playtomic to manage the activity or booking.
Yes. If no upcoming activities are available, the subscription stays empty until a match, registered training session or supported tournament is available and your calendar refreshes.
