Playtomic calendar guide
Subscribe to your private PadelChecker calendar on iPhone, iPad or Mac to see Playtomic matches, registered training sessions and supported public tournaments alongside your other plans. A subscription can receive changes; importing a file only copies the events once.
Set up Calendar SyncSign in to Calendar Sync, connect your Playtomic profile and check the preview. Enable sync to get your private calendar subscription.
Use the Apple Calendar action in PadelChecker. If it does not open, copy the private URL. In Calendar on iPhone or iPad, open Calendars, Add Calendar and Add Subscription Calendar, then enter the URL.
On iOS 26 or later, choose Find, give the calendar a name and color, choose iCloud if you want it across your Apple devices, then finish with Done. Earlier versions may show Subscribe. Keep the calendar selected to see its events.
If the subscription is only visible on one device, check which account it belongs to and that the other devices use the same Apple Account. For urgent match changes, check Playtomic directly.

Anyone with your subscription link can read the calendar it exposes. Paste it only into a calendar service you trust. Do not share it in public pages, screenshots or chats.
Calendar subscriptions are read-only. Booking, cancelling and changing a match still happen in Playtomic.
Your subscription can include registered matches and training sessions, including private training when available, plus supported public tournaments.
Tournament coverage is currently limited to clubs known from your Playtomic activity. Some tournaments may be missing; check your preview and Playtomic for your complete schedule.
A few things to know
Yes. Registered training sessions can appear alongside your matches, including private sessions when Playtomic makes your registration available. Preview the next 30 days during setup to see what we found.
We look for your registrations in public tournaments at clubs linked to your Playtomic activity. Coverage is currently limited, so not every tournament will appear. Check your preview and keep using Playtomic for the complete schedule.
Subscribe using the private calendar URL to receive later updates. Importing a downloaded .ics file only copies events once and will not keep changes in sync.
No. Your calendar service decides when to fetch updates, and delays are possible. Check Playtomic directly for last-minute changes or cancellations.
No. The subscription is read-only. Use Playtomic to manage the activity or booking.
Yes. If no upcoming activities are available, the subscription stays empty until a match, registered training session or supported tournament is available and your calendar refreshes.
